Black and Grey Scales Tattoo on the Shoulder Blade
A black and grey realism piece created on the shoulder blade. The composition was designed to read clearly from a distance while keeping the smaller details visible up close.

Tribal Tattoo Cover-Up with a Realistic Skull
The original tattoo was an old, faded black tribal piece on the inner forearm. The goal was not simply to hide it under a darker image, but to incorporate the existing pigment into a new composition so the old tattoo would no longer read as a separate design.
A large black and grey skull was chosen for the cover-up. The darker areas of the original tattoo became part of the shadows and depth of the new piece, while the lighter areas help preserve volume and clarity.
